I am new to the avatar page in Roblox since before I used the default avatars a lot, but now I want to customize and spend some Robux, how to set these custom poses?

You just need to buy emotes from the avatar shop then use them when you set the profile picture.
You can buy them under animations>emotes

How to set them though? Where do I find the setting to set?

The setting is under your avatar tab, but only on the Roblox multi-device App, not the website.
The easiest way to pull it up would be to use your phone. But, you can pull up the app by going to ‘home’ when in full-screen after leaving a Roblox game from the Roblox ESC menu. Or, that’s how it works for me for some reason.
