When I set up the account i set the wrong age it says im 7 years younger than i actually am so i have to make alts to do things like this PLEASE HELP!

Unfortunately, there is no possibilities to change your account’s age, even if you try contacting to Roblox Customer Support.

Until your account turns 13, you won’t be able to change the age.
