Go to FILE → Game Settings → Avatar → Scroll Down → Body Parts → Click Custom Item → Put in ID of custom cloth

You Can simply make a character and name the model Starter Character and put it in starterplayer.

You can model a character and place it in StarterPlayer, naming it ‘StarterCharacter’
