How to check if part is stimulating physics engine?

Hi, my question is pretty self explanatory in the title. Basically, I want to check if a specific part is completely inactive, not interacting with anything, then anchor it. I’m trying to do this to reduce lag and increase performance, but I’m not quite sure how.

There is no API for this.

Roblox handles this on it’s own.
