How to copy a animation from RIght-Leg and paste it into Left-Leg (Moon Animator 2)

Sorry if this is a basic question, or an impossible one but - Let me know!

So, I need to copy animation frames from one limb to another, specifically Right-Leg to Left-Leg (in Moon Animator 2), thanks for any help. If any other information is needed let me know.

actually this is pretty easy, when animating the legs first copy the right leg/ left leg keyframe then use CTRL + R and paste the right leg / left leg keyframe that you copied
