Maybe try disabling global shadows?

Errr… From what I can decipher, you want some parts to not have shadows?
If so - theres a property for parts called “CastShadow”, explains itself
CastShadow and GlobalShadows disabled all my models

Look at my friend’s model, he does not have black shadows, and when you look, I have them.
Probably an export bug? I haven’t modelled before, but thats all I can presume if you didn’t put them there yourself
uhm idk… maybe try using neon material?
It looks like this is an issue with the smooth shading. I don’t know a lot about Blender, but I think you’ll have to change something in Blender to fix this.
