How to detect different "zones" in the map

I want it so that when the player enters a new area in the map, it detects it and switches the soundtrack + lighting and displays text. I can do the soundtrack lighting and display part but I just need help on the detection system. Most of my zones are going to be circular (cylinders) so if anyone has a module/system for that, please lmk.

I already know that, I was asking how I would detect if the player entered a new PART of the map.
