How to disable chat on this new TextChatService update?

I have disabled on “Chat” in Explorer, https://i.imgur.com/hgHmhWS.png

but it’s somehow not working. I’m not sure the problem is.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Change the ChatVersion to Legacy in TextChatService
