Go to your Beta Features and disable Dragger QoL Improvements.

I should warn you that this feature will be forced in the future, so I advise you get used to it instead of disabling it! It can help you.

Sadly, I don’t think you can. Roblox has an unfortunate tendency to change things then force users to adapt (though I understand it’s just to keep code simpler under the hood). Even if the beta feature @astrovue’s mentioning is still in the Beta Features window now, it won’t stay for long, since the new draggers are out of beta now.

I think they added a lot of settings in Studio Settings for the new draggers, so you can disable some of the new details like the white “alignment” lines and disable the new edge snapping and the other improvements.
