How to fix Low FPS issue on Roblox Studio?

Bit of an odd topic to see here but recently had to switch from my old Monitor to a new one, long story short my PC dosent like the old one anymore. However after that i have encountered a problem where roblox studio and a few other games as wel have really low fps and im not sure why, it gets even worse the faster i move the Camera. Its a 1080p monitor at 60Htz RR, where as my old one was only 720p at 60Htz RR, any help would be really thankful, its a pain to work on a game with this lag. (I would show a clip of this issue but its failing to upload, sorry.)

Also some times the Camera just freezes and i have to wait about a minute more or less for it to “unfreeze”.

Make sure you did not add to many parts, mesh, decals. Check how many parts are in your game by using a plugin “Parts Counter”. If it’s too high for your computer specs you gotta remove more things to make computer run studio smoothly.

Alt+S, then render then set render quality down, it set to automatic so sometimes it switch to a high render quality make your fps drop.

Also, the more model and part in sight of the camera, the more laggy you are, so big game tend so have lower performance.

thats not thew problem, if you read my thread fully i mentioned that this only started happening after i had changed my monitor from 720p 60Htz RR to 1080p 60 Htz RR.

I think something is failling out of sync or something, because i get screen tearing some times as well, but im not sure what to do as both my monitor and my computer are at 60Htz RR.

I had issues with some built-in plugins causing FPS drops. No idea why. Try deleting the animation editor, toolbox, and asset manager inside RobloxPluginGui.

Rendering at higher resolutions takes more resources. If your computer is pretty old, your only solutions are decreasing graphics quality/decreasing resolution.

Thanks but ill pass on that one, dont think thats the problem here.

Oh you make much more sense, so changing to the 1080p Monitor means that not only does my computer have to render all that in Studio and what not, but now it has to do it in 1080p instead of 720p, that makes sense i didnt think of that, ill see what i can do, cheers mate!
