i do not usually do a building support thing because i am usually fine and learn on my own but for this i have no clue.
I am having a bit trouble using meshpart with my road mesh it seems to be not accurate enough and i do not use that much tris. anyone know a solution to this. adding bounding parts underneath the road would be too complex if did on a map and at that point why not just make the roads out of bricks but then performance would go down and also i could use surface appearance on meshes.!
no not exactly. the reason i was wanting to use this was because of performance mostly and i need it to be accurate because its a thing that the players will be driving on. the benifit is surface appearance but that is not the goal here. essentially if i use mesh i only need to use one face than every face of a brick.
Im able to walk on it but when i look at it from side its floating and i can see it when a vehicle is ontop also. im unsure how yours is working better than mine is. any ideas?
I’m sorry I didn’t say I found a solution but it took me until last month to figure out the issue. In blender make 2 loop cuts in middle of road and what I used was use a plugin called obj collision gen OBJ Collision Gen - Roblox
