How my UI looks like in the res i made it:

things just dont size down, (everything is using scale size)

i just want things to scale down, like any normal UI
I think it might be the UIPadding, but I’m not sure. I say that because I have a similar set up here (of scrollingFrame, UI list, and Frames under it):

Hmmm i removed it but no, nothing i think it is some properties
Ok i “lied” the problem is the plugin unit conversion for some reason is not working on the frames inside the scrollingframe, i have no idea why but i will need to convert them to scale by hand
