Here is my question, I add a linear velocity on my character, how to fix the speed decelerate when it is on the ground ?

Probably issue lies in physics, more specifically in friction. You could try setting massless boolvalue to true, if you don’t care about players mass.

what if I need to use the mass?

Then you could add little bit of force in Y-axis

Use the Search tool up top with the term “knockback friction”.
Even if you aren’t creating a knockback system the forces and friction should be the same for both.
