Have you welded your arrow head to the handle of the tool?
You need to weld both parts together. I typically use the moon plugin, since it includes a welding tool that comes pretty handy, and can weld multiple parts at a time.
Like everyone is saying, ensure that one part is named “Handle”, and the other part(s) are welded to the handle. If you need help welding, consider reading this.
