Whenever I’m in studio, the neon looks completely off compared to in Roblox. I’m confused as to what is making this happen.
My editor quality level is 21 and I use OpenGL graphics mode. Here’s two images to compare (Studio / Roblox client)

That’s weird… Have you tried using Bloxstrap or Fishstrap to adjust some FFlags? Fishstrap lets you change your rendering mode easily.
Open Fishstrap and click ‘Configure settings’
Right after that, open up the ‘FastFlag’ menu, and right after that, click ‘Rendering and Graphics’
Then, try playing around with the options until you fix your issue. It’s most likely your Graphics Mode or Texture Quality, however, I can’t be sure. Don’t worry, there’s an option to reset everything to defaults!
Simply click ‘Save’ and look at your neon again.
You can get Fishstrap here:
Let me know if that helps!
I’ve tinkered around with the rendering settings on Bloxstrap. There is no change on Studio which is the thing I want to fix. Does Bloxstrap only affect the Roblox app or does it also affect Studio?
This issue did not happen on my old laptop on Studio, it looked the same as it did on the Roblox app.
I have put two images to compare what my Studio showed me on my old laptop compared to my new laptop. My Bloxstrap settings from my old laptop are more or less the same on my new laptop.

Okay, it turns out that resetting Roblox Studio’s settings fixes this visual issue
