I’ve recently started 3D modeling/building commissions.
I’m currently in a few Roblox Development discord servers, where I advertise myself and apply for commissions.
I’m here to ask if anyone has any advice or can help one get more commissions.

if no one know you in community such as discord best way to start is to look at Creator Hub - Talent, there are many opened position where you can apply.
So I constantly check the talent hub, but people rarely post there. I was thinking about posting about this; I’m not sure if people are literally not posting or if it’s a bug but nobody has posted on the talent hub for four days for me.
I attached a picture. I put the most recent first filter on. Even when I go through all the jobs they’re all older than four days.
Another way is going around discord community and try fo Find Open Position, if people don’t post most prop are because they actually don’t need people like you right now, Also, we are going towards Christmas, it is not a good time to hire developers in general.
Unfortunately there are no other ways, unless you are not known and you open a 3D Modelling service.
