Go to:
File>settings>studio> Camera Mouse Wheel Speed, change it to 1
Hold down shift and move the camera with WASD for slow movement.
I always use W,A,S,D keys to move. And to move long distance, I use my mouse or just select something and press F.
And as Galaxy said, hold shift and press W, A, S or D to move slowly
