How to get into UGC

How would I be able to join UGC? I would love to make hats! Can any one tell me how I can get in?

all i know is you have to make a mesh post it on twitter and there is like a 0.0001% chance of roblox seeing it, but thats the only way i know how to get into it sorry if this wasn’t much help

You can join UGC when applications are open. BUT the accessories you upload have to be creative, as they’re looking for creative people to join the program.
