How to get my robux back after being scammed by a dev?

I payed a guy ( SPL4SHY - Roblox ) from the roblox talent forum to upload UGC for me we came to a half and half type deal where I would pay 3k and he would get more after but he later changed his mind and did not want to upload it for what ever reason. I emailed roblox about it and they responded.

So what I am understanding from roblox is that as a dev if I decide to take some ones money/robux and just leave then I won’t even get banned because according to them it is not their issue to handle.

Yes he could uploaded ( showed proof plus I checked inv )

I really dont think there is any way of getting your money back, the only thing you can learn from that is dont do upfront payments it ur not comfortable with it and dont trust that guy.
