You can not sell clothing for free, I am pretty sure. This post should be in one of the support categories.

No. Some games created their owns items and give the items to players who have a certain badge.

Sorry to inform you, but the games that do that are not made by the average developer. The feature in question is inaccessible to us.

Groups like Chainsmokers have special connections with Roblox and they make those types of deals to make items that will be given out as badges.

Its only for “elite” developers which Roblox cares about. Not your typical solo dev.
