I’m not sure whether to post this here, or #help-and-feedback:scripting-support so tell me if this is the wrong topic.
Anyways, my issue here is that I want shadows not to appear on specific parts. The reason I want to be able to do this is because I have a floor sort of thing to hide the rest of the obby, however, I get issues like this.

So I want these shadows not to appear. However, I do not want to turn off CastShadow for all of them, as it would be an absolute pain to select them in their individual models. I just want these shadows not to appear on that specific part, and that’s it.
Thank you in advance.

You can click on the part and make it not cast a shadow

I think you all have to do was doing like this:
so you just peek what part that you want don’t want have a shadow and click to turn off the cast shadow
I’m saying I want shadows to not appear on a specific part, like the parts casting shadows still have shadows, just not appearing on that specific part.
Add light I guess, or you can create another part and have cast shadows off so it shows the part below without shadows
You can select all the parts at once and turn off cast shadow on every part simultaneously. That will make it much less of a pain.
Also, if your game isn’t going to release before fall, Roblox “should” start rolling out Future is Bright: Phase III lighting this fall. If you wait till then, the new lighting engine may fix your issues. If you want to test it you can by going to lighting> properties then look for a drop-down box with several lighting options in it and select future.
