Using the Build a Rig feture.
How would I give the rig new Hair and New face?
(Like what would I add to the model that Roblox gives you)

For the face, you can go into Dummy’s head, and there is a decal. Delete it and then insert another face, or overwrite the decal’s id. For the hair, you can insert from the toolbox some free models, and then you add them into the dummy. Remember, if needed, to set the position of the hair.

To give a rig a new face, delete the original face and go to images in toolbox and type in faces and it should come up with some faces, click head in the rig and click the face you want.
From there you have a face for your rig.
