I have this window in Blender, with transparent glass (Glass BSDF):
I exported as .OBJ.
But when importing a new mesh in Studio, I get this:
We can see that the Metalic texture was correct, but the glass is black.
How to fix this?

I have no experience with blender however I would remove the glass of the mesh and replace it in studio with glass bricks
Or alternatively, export two meshes - glass and the frame, and combine the two. That’s how it’s done in the wider games industry.
So blender uses a different system than Roblox. What you’ll have to do is separate the window frame (and import) then the glass (and import). Once that’s done you can use the Roblox glass material and texture the part then change the transparency and what other settings you want. This is the only method.
Roblox’s glass has some bugs, specifically when rendering parts that emit light, usually, for the best look, I use the SmoothPlastic material with Transparency at 0.8 or 0.9 and Reflection at 0.3.
