How to improve character models?

I made some character models.
I just wanna know how to improve it. They have their hair rigged.

ALL THE CHARACTER ARE RIGGED AND HAVE DIFFERENT STYLES

Also, which one is your favorite? I’d love to see your comments on that!

Also, Millie is based off of Millie from Helluva Boss. (Anybody seen that show?)

If anybody had some comments, that would be great!

only criticism I have is that the hands look very big compared to the rest of the character, maybe scale them down a bit. The rest of the models look great though

Depending on the attempted style here, this looks great. Did you base these off of a previously built model or have you modelled this yourself?

Going with Chandler for my favorite.

I modeled these myself, but I just “humanified” the classic roblox models.

These characters look amazing! I’ve never seen a game with custom rigs that has hair animations, so it would be cool if you implemented that if you are going to create a game with the models
(My favorite is Terrence)

Millie’s hair looks a little too pointy. Ayche’s hair can have more hair, just looks empty. Raine’s hair on the inside could use something. I think these models would look better with eyes, noses and mouths. Millie and Raine need shoes and Millie’s dress looks a little too short. Chandler looks like he’s not wearing socks. I like the Terrence model the most

The models do have facial features, but they’re in a different file because their styles might vary throughout the game. (I.E a character wears makeup in one level but removes it in a different level)

Just to clarify, Millie isn’t wearing a dress, it’s a long shirt and a pair of shorts. But the way it is rendered in blender, it doesn’t have much light so it’s hard to see.

Thanks for the replies @angus23lego, @Aaronn2467, @uhSkittle, @TheFishThief!
