How to join language groups?

Hey guys! Was randomly browsing around the dev fourm, when I noticed all the groups! I looked through all, once looking through I found one group I was unable to join, no not the mod group, the language groups.

I’m not going to use the information to join the groups, because I’m not bilingual. (that sentence doesn’t tmkae sense lmao) But I will find it helpful and maybe some other could too!

You are manually invited if you are living in the country and possess several hours on studio, it probably requires more conditions but these simply settings is the first step to be invited.
