How to keep GUI object size and keep it aligned

Roblox Gui, I have to spend an hour trying to get a white box on the screen.
Basically I want to keep the size ratio the same, but I don’t want it to get any bigger than the way I have it now. I also want it to stay perfectly aligned in the middle of the screen. Please help?!
