How to make 256x256 hair textures 'that increase in quality'

I noticed that most of the hair on roblox has a 256x256 texture but when I saw it it looks like it has a texture around 1024x1024.

I have created a hair

and I would like to know how to do it.
Because I would like it to be ‘preppy’ in r6 because the textures are compressed.
