How to make a button send a player a friend request?

I am adding a custom leaderboard in my game, but I want to make a button that sends a payer a friend request. How do I do this?

I don’t think this is a feature on Roblox currently, I would assume its not going to become a feature either because if it were too be allowed I can see a lot of problems arising.

If I am incorrect please correct me, I think this could have some interesting implications but for right now I don’t think its possible =)

I just checked it out and from my tests on it, it doesn’t actually work its just ascetic.

I checked this by friend requesting someone on the game then going to Roblox and checking if it says pending or not, it did not.
