How to make a floor out of geometric shape

Hi.
I am trying to make a floor out of hexagons, a floor that will act as a disco floor. However, I cannot get them to be exactly next to each other. I managed how I get the height to match.

But I do not know how to get them to go together, so they fit seemlessly.

With the height, I just divided the height of the hexagon by 2. But I can’t figure out how I can find out the last “angle”.

Since you now can see small cracks between them:

It’s kind of hard to explain, but I hope you get what I mean.

@Crazedbrick1 you’re a genius you might know?

Make sure the bounding box of each hexagon model is a square and build on a grid. Works fine for me.

Hey sorry for my late response. But how would I change the bounding box, and how did you get that “yellow grid”? Thanks! (If anyone else can answer, please do also!)

Sincerely.

Edit: and with did you input in the “move thing”)

It’s the new default basplate with lighting changes.

Change the size of the model.

I’m thinking another reason you’re having this problem is because of your Graphics level, I think you won’t be able to see the lines if it’s turned up.
