How to make a global annoucement on all of your game servers

I had an idea from another game to make a global announcement on all servers(like a board at spawn with the message, or the GUI that shows out time when the training starts), I also want to save the message in case all of the servers shut down.

I have no idea what service I should use because I had no past experience with this.

I’ve tried using datastore service. But It did not work.

The details that I want to post in the details are the date time and the message itself.

The answer that I need is the name of a service that I can use to make these messages.
