How to make a GUI that is in the workspace and looks to every player?

  • What are you attempting to achieve? (Keep it simple and clear)
    i want to make a sort of GUI that always looks to a player but is in the workspace. like the countdown timer from jailbreak:

    (i don’t need it to be a timer i just want normal text)

    i already explained.

    i searched on the dev forum, wiki and internet

i have taught of creating for every player that joins the server a local part and keep making it look to them with cframe but isn’t there a better method. a dialog would be useful but you can only make it have text selected from a few choices(?,€,enz)

Use Billboard GUIs on a part, and have AlwaysOnTop selected.
