How to make a level up GUI?

Hello fellow developers!

I wanted to make a level gui system for my upcoming game but do not know how to do it. This is because I want a specific design:

As you can see, the XP UI in this picture is the circle that goes around the percentage.

All I need is an idea of how to make a circle go around the middle like it shows. I have the Level up System sorted out already!

It would mean a lot if you could help!
