How to make a lightsource actually shine on a camera?

I wonder if there’s a better way to make it look like light sources are blinding you. I’m working on an atmospheric horror game.

No I’m talking about light sources shining/blinding players camera.

Suggested rephrasing of the topic’s title:
"How do I make a lightsource glare on the camera?"

I’d also suggest trying out a Gui object.

A bill gui should work out well enough for this. Bu tuse surface so that its more stable.
