How can I make a Mirror-like surface like this?
I don’t want to use scripts with this, but can I do this without scripts?

if you no want to use scripts so just change this settings:
but if you want to make that show also the game and no only the skybox use script for that. here is tutorial about how to script the mirror: (note: the script in the description but watch the video to know how to do that)

you could also
Add highlight object and set both transparency properties to 1 then change the part transparency to higher than 5
also when i did this i did have to go into test mode to see it works
