Are there any third party items in lighting?
Compatibility Lighting Technology doesn’t support neon effects, you might wanna switch to a different one, like Voxel.
What do you mean by “third party items”?
I believe it can’t, but i dont know how to do it

The items such as Bloom, or DepthOfField.
The items inside the parent
I’ve personally had this effect and caused bright colors to become neon.
Change your part Color3 to [255, 255, 255]
Nothing changed rip bruh ;-; it do nothing to the part
Seems legit, ill go check it later im kinda busy rip

Maybe it’s your studio settings, make sure both of them are in Level 21
you can find studio settings here
but it make it look too realistic ;-; i need a cartoony style

It doesn’t, that’s just render levels it will not affect realistic or cartoony style
See, mine still looks pretty cartoony even at max
It’s futile to try and sort this out. If you want that neon effect then you have to change your lighting engine to something different from Compatibility, there is no other way around this.
