How to make a player holding a tool face the cursor

I want to upgrade the weapons in my game to act like this one on the video, so that the player is rotated and aims their weapon to wherever the cursor is pointing. How would I do that? I have seen some posts but only about R6.

You could use an IK control object, and configure its target to a part at the player’s cursor. It might take a little value tweaking to get it to look as it does in the video.
