I recommend to search up a tutorials in youtube because sadly I am new to roblox studio sorry for being 33 days late to comment

Personally, I don’t find tutorials very helpful. Either they leave out information that is important to new designers, or they make them mostly for entertainment/views.
I find it helpful to download someone else’s clothing template and experiment with it. Obviously, don’t upload it into roblox or sell it, but editing and playing around with someone’s work is amazing practice.
