I know this is the blant and classic door enterence. However, This one doesn’t have a door so it looks… ugly. Is there a way to make door ways look better? (I also would appreciate if you can give ideas on how to make my concrete walls look not trash)
Just add a door frame and that would be a big step up.

Add a sign above to show where it leads, further adjust the shape and size of the doorway if you want to, Use other textures or materials if you want to make the game look realistic or cartoony.
You could adjust the thickness of the wall to add depth
