How to make blurred text

So, what I am trying to make is this:

As you can see, the text is blurred. You click on it, and it becoms readable. I would liek to know how to recreate that in roblox studio.

You could have a image button over the text and the image button contain a blurry effect image and when click, the blurry button disappears and reveals the text.
