How to make Borders or Border Outlines

You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
I want to make Borders for my war game.
I Want Border Outlines Similar to this:

(The Black outlines the be more specific)

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
The Picture above is more aesthetically pleasing and no weird bugs or anything.
I have tried to do something similar or my version, but here’s what I got:

(The Borders of the states are weird because I’m currently trying to learn more about blender and stuff.)

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
That’s basically everything I tried, I tried doing the outlines on Blender itself but it proved to be hard to do every time. I have tried searching for solutions but to no avail.

The First photo is from a game by Minitoon Called Iron Assault 2

Thanks in advance to those who’ll help.

I see, I don’t know how, I’m not sure how to create images so I just went to blender. They all have to be a part because of my code and my selection system, my selection system has this animated texture.

Thank you for Helping though, I Appreciate it.

i suggest make a little gap between each part and put an image to each side

it will create effect like this

before

after

You can try using a SelectionBox.
Wait nevermind, it wouldn’t work because your models aren’t perfect squares (far from it).
