I just really want to know beause im intereste in doing this type of gfx art but never knew how
There isn’t quite one set method to make these, but Roblox is already a cartoony game, so it shouldn’t be too hard. 
The reason why these GFXs look so cartoony is because of the high contrast and photo editing. If you can see in most of the better made ones (the first and the last one), the colors are really saturated, and bright, which gives it that cartoony look, and also makes them stand out. Another way to make them look cartoony is to use low-poly and cartoony builds. Those usually don’t have materials, and also utilize bright, poppy colors.
