How to make custom metal material shiny?

So i made a metal and diamondplate texture for my game. I made their normal map and color map. I imported them in game but for some reason they don’t look reflective. I think it has something to do with the metalness map, but i’m not sure. How do i make them reflective and shiny?

Simply put, the metallicmap is supposed to be more white and the roughnessmap is supposed to be more black.

Thanks, that works quite well!

It’s just a general thing about those RoughnessMaps and MetallicMaps. It’s more intense if it’s light and more subtle if dark.
