Well although yes you cant 100% proof it. You can make multiple local scripts checking and hide them in multiple hard unexpected place to help with this!
You can add counter-measures to make it harder for exploiters, but at the end of the day, it will always be possible for them to bypass it, so you are better off spending your time on other stuff.
