Hello guys. I’m working on making a game, and I’m needing good looking images for the particle emitters, but I can’t find any. For example, I want a water droplet, but I can’t find any good ones online to upload to studio. Is there a website where people can find high-quality images or a way to make your own?
I suggest you can try making some on you. I guess you can try finding a reference image of a water droplet an than trace over it on a digital photoshop editor.
You can make your own with gimp or painting apps that’ll be able to produce a decent look as your wanting it to be you’ll need to make the image transparent in order for it to be just the particle and not an whole image within it. Usually when making particles you’ll need to have a transparent background something with a checker pattern.
I would look into this site since it provides you with variety of particle design that are transparent. Before attempting to use any images I’ll review that specific site and look at the “copyright notice” and see if you’re allowed to use anything inside your game or project. (You’ll need to get permission from the author).
