How to make it so the NPC sticks to your players current outfit properly

The script I am using which sets to the players avatar automatically whenever I update my game is breaking. For instance, the current fit I use is a necklace, antlers, beanie, and the meta shades. The meta shades and necklace go in the wrong position.
As you can see:

I use this script for my NPC:

First of all is the NPC anchored?

Yes it is.

Since the NPC is anchored, the parts can’t position properly if that makes any sense? If it’s meant to be a statue then I’m not really sure what you could do besides unanchor the NPC for a split second then anchor it again.

The NPC looks like this. When you play the game the script will perform and automatically put the hats on the NPC.

I’m trying to get the NPC into a position but also have it so the hats will go on it.

I tried to use a new NPC, no position at all. No anchors, nothing on it.

Same result.

I too have been having this issue. I even tried making sure collision was off in case that was the cause, but alas, it wasn’t. It even does this with some plugins that insert characters as well. I am not sure why its doing this, since it does not do this when you press Play and walk around, but for an npc, it does. Maybe the npc is missing something that a normal character has, but im not currently sure.

As far as I’m aware there’s no way to solve this.

I asked my friend and he solved it. You need to add rigs.
