How to make players camera go above player (2d game)

Hello, I am trying to make a 2D game but I do not know how to make it “2D”.

1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
   I want to make a CameraScript in StarterPlayerScripts that makes the players camera look like this:
   
   
2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
   I am unsure on how to do this, I have looked for solutions on the Developer Hub and could not find any.
3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
   I have tried looking on the dev forum but I was clueless on how to make it look on the player above instead of sideways.
