How to make reflecting parts greyish?

I’m trying to make reflecting parts grey, but they always come out blue. Does anyone know how to do this? I’m not good with Studio lighting, so I need a few pointers. Thanks!

They are reflecting the skybox, you can try doing some barriers around it

What do you mean by barriers?

Something to prevent the part of being fully outside.

Like a wall or something.

I tried putting walls around it, and it didn’t work.

Then lower the reflection, that maybe the cause.

I’m trying to make a training center.

k so u want to make it look like a metal or some shiny crystal or glasissh kinda thing?

Don’t make it 100% reflectancy, only like 10% to get the color of the part on there.

Easiest thing to fix, first make sure to have SmoothPlastic material, then set your brick color to Grey, any grey you want, if you want your parts to not be blue, then set only 0.5 or 0.3 of reflectance.
Tip: The reflectance will “Reflect” the skybox, if your skybox is green, the part wil reflect green.
Have a nice day

Change skybox or lighting color.

If you have reflectance set to 1, it reflects everything, including the sky. This is why it turns out blue. Lowering it to anything from 0.50 to 0.88 will show the color of the part. You can use anything in between 0 and 1, those are just numbers I recommend. Remember that if set to 0, it reflects nothing, and if set to 1, it reflects everything.

You are using full reflectiveness, this is not a good idea unless you are doing mirrors.

Try turning down the reflectiveness value to something like 0.2, it will still retain a reflection but will keep the colour of the original part.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Best of luck with your game!
