How to make rotating beams following your character

Hello! I want to have an idea on how to start making rotating beams that are in the character, for example:

You can see the red lines, I think they’re beams so I want to know how can I do that.

Oh okay! I removed the red lines in the water mark, sorry!

I mean the beams, the lines that are like uh… Like the orbits of the solar system I guess? lol

Can you try watching the video and go to minute 1:15, then you will see some lines that are rotating from the character! :heart:

Also, I dont want to to the hands effect. Just saying to prevent spam and get warned! lol
