How to make something so that when you step on the block it allows you to buy the rainbow trail

Hello,
I have lately been trying to make it so when I step on this block it will pop up as a option to buy the rainbow trail and then allow you to use it once bought. Can someone please help me.

Like a gamepass, or an in-game trails shop?

In game so there will be a block in game once you step you have the option to buy once bought you have it.

I would look into using an OnTouched event or use magnitude to prompt the user to buy the trail.
