How to make sword with decapitation

i want to make a sword like the half zatoichi from team fortress 2 that can slice heads off but how do i do that with the players head and have the accessories plus skin color on the head

Im not sure with head decapitation but do not include so much gore its against the ToS

So be careful what you do.
